All services are performed by Doctor AC’s in-house technicians. Doctor AC does not outsource service execution to third-party contractors.

Doctor AC operates as an independent service provider and AC seller and is not an authorized service partner or dealer of any AC brand unless explicitly stated.

3. Service Booking & Confirmation

• Service bookings can be made through the website, phone, or other communication channels.

• Booking confirmation is subject to technician availability and service location.

• Customers are required to provide accurate contact details and service information at the time of booking.

• Doctor AC reserves the right to refuse or reschedule a booking if required.

4. Pricing & Payments

New AC Sales

• Prices for new air conditioners are shared through customized quotations based on customer requirements.

• Once a quotation is approved and the order is confirmed, pricing is binding unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by Doctor AC’s Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on the website.

By booking a service or making a payment, customers acknowledge and accept the applicable refund and cancellation terms.
